Town House
Town@house street develops new urban spaces and turn the owners of the shops into hoteliers. The metropolitan spaces renovation project, conceived by Alessandro Rosso and signed by the architect Simone Micheli, was born in Milan but is intended for the major metropolis all over the world. The pilot structure is a commercial space in Milan, located at the ground floor of Via Castel Morrone 7 – Goldoni, is transformed into the first PHS (Permanent Hospitality Spaces) with no reception but totally computerized. The four spaces are approximately 35 sqm. Each, except one of about 50 sqm., looking like fully equipped mini-apartments with wardrobe, bathroom and kitchen. Every PHS (Permanent hospitality space) designed by the Italian architect Simone Micheli, has an independent access directly from the window overlooking the street, an it is electronically controlled by an alphanumeric keyboard.
